VIET BI Joint Stock Company (Công Ty Cổ Phần VIET BI) was incorporated on 15 October 2003 under tax code 3700533104. What began as a family-led enterprise has grown into a steady commercial presence in Vietnam, operating at the intersection of real estate and manufacturing.

VIET BI was established as a joint stock company with a focus on real estate and manufacturing. From the start, the business was built on direct relationships and patient, long-term growth rather than rapid expansion.

Over the years, VIET BI expanded its activities across commercial property leasing, development advisory, and manufacturing-related assets, serving local and international partners from a 10,000 m² operational base.

VIET BI remains an active enterprise, advising on office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets while continuing its manufacturing and property-related operations. The company is led by a close-knit team that values personal accountability and lasting client relationships.
Property Management
VIET BI is managed by its founding family together with a small, experienced team covering leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Decisions are made quickly and close to the assets — the people who own the buildings also look after them.

Property Development
Alongside managing our existing portfolio, VIET BI selectively develops and refurbishes commercial and industrial properties in Bình Dương and Ho Chi Minh City — from warehouse and factory facilities to office and showroom space.
